Pour son site situé à Andenne, l’entreprise Carmeuse recherche un Senior Administrative Assistant (h/f).

Fonction

Assist the Area Leadership team

    • Manage and coordinate ALT’s Agendas
    • Manage signature requests (DocuSign)
    • Expense reports for ALT
    • Travel Management

Back-office

    • Reception desk :
      • Welcome visitors,
      • Incoming/outgoing regular mail,
      • Dispatch incoming calls,
      • Manage parcels shipment,
      • Order lunch for employees and for meetings
    • Create Purchase Requisitions in SAP / Purchase order reception
    • Support to create PowerPoints/Excel documents
    • Support to the Sales Team (KPI’s, events, bookings)
    • Manage the Weekly report
    • Facility Management:
      • Contacts with suppliers for building maintenance
      • Give support for the preparation of the annual budget for the office’s maintenance
      • Manage Meeting rooms bookings and facilities

Support to the HR Team

    • Admin support for HR projects (Events, Meetings, Jubilee, etc.)
    • Update Org charts
    • IT requests for new employees
    • Prepare welcome packs and documents for new employees
    • Internal Memos
    • Achieving and ISO Support
    • Manage gifts, calendars, decorations distribution

Support to the Communication Team (based in LLN)

    • Translations, proofing for internal communications / internal magazine
    • Identify internal messages and diffusion of memos to employees
    • Intranet maintenance (Western Europe)
    • Global events/happenings

 

Candidate profile

    • Bachelor Degree in Management Assistant or equivalent
    • Fluent in French / English / Dutch
    • Min 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position

 

Technical knowledge

    • Good skills in Word, Excel (tables, pivot tables, budget), PowerPoint (preparing great presentations for the ALT)
    • Capability to manage Emails/Agendas through Outlook
    • Good writing skills
    • Knowledge in ERP system (SAP)
    • Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
